Recently, we have developed a new resource which may be helpful to your company in its effort to comply with the numerous and changing requirements imposed on Government contractors. Specifically, we have the capability to generate a Handbook tailored to the specific contract administration needs of individual companies. The Handbook summarizes the most important aspects of the many clauses incorporated (usually by reference) into Government contracts.

There are two unique features to this Handbook. First, it contains synopses which are easy to read and understand. Because of our experience in the area, we are able to focus on those aspects of the clause which are of greatest importance to the contractor.

Second, we tailor the Handbook to the needs of the individual client. We do this by focusing on the pertinent terms and clauses in your company's contracts.  We also list specific steps for you to take to comply with the clause given your company's characteristics and Government contracting experience.  We are able to provide salient guidance in a more concise and more pertinent package than similar but more generic guides.

The Handbook is useful as a ready reference, a training tool, and to organize compliance programs and contract administration generally.
